
Since 1996, Mr. Manente has been the president of Solution Source
Consulting Incorporated and
is currently a member of the Strategic Answers Inc. Board of
Directors. Solution Source Consulting was created
to provide “total cycle” consultative support from strategy
creation to market implementation.
With this focus, a strong Canadian client base was established.
Clients include leading companies from the North American
pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The company focused on developing and
implementing business strategies supported by software tools and
process methodologies. In
order to broaden the business base and maintain consistent sales
growth, affiliations were initiated with strategic partners.
Additionally, strategic selling training, multimedia sales
aids, interactive training tools and total cost management initiatives
were developed to complement the company’s offerings. The company’s
principle responsibility was focused on providing clients with turnkey
solutions to increase top line and bottom line revenues.
Prior
to consulting, Mr. Manente held a number of management roles within
the Pharmaceutical industry. Additionally
he has completed his M.B.A and worked within the consulting
environment for a large globally integrated organization.

Since 1997, Ms. Mazzei has been
the president of OncoLogic, Inc. and
is currently a member of the Strategic Answers Inc. Board of
Directors. Oncologic is a
consulting company with a
significant client base that specializes in marketing, strategic
planning, and business development activities for pharmaceutical and
biotechnology companies which have oncology-related drugs and
technology. OncoLogic, Inc. was originally incorporated in the State
of Indiana, and was subsequently moved to Toronto, Canada during 1997.
Prior
to consulting, Ms. Mazzei held a number of sales, marketing, and
business development positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Oncology
Division and Eli Lilly and Company. In addition, Ms. Mazzei
completed graduate studies in the molecular biology of breast cancer
progression.

Don C.
Stark has worked in the field of oncology since joining the
pharmaceutical industry in 1980.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Whistler
Associates, Inc and a member of the Strategic Answers Inc. Board of
Directors. Prior to
founding Whistler Associates, Inc. in 1996, Mr. Stark held numerous
market research, marketing and business development positions at
Bristol-Myers Oncology Division, Immunex and Repligen, all in the
field of oncology. He has
lead the successful launch of several key oncology products and line
extensions and he created the first oncology reimbursement assistance
program in the industry.
Since founding Whistler
Associates, Inc. in 1996, Mr Stark has established it as one of the
leading and most respected marketing and strategic planning consulting
firms in oncology. Whistler Associates, Inc. provides a variety
of services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies including
market planning, market research, product assessments/valuations and
business planning services.
